Tiffany Dart is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #13664) committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their path to self-awareness and healing. She believes no one should face challenges alone and offers compassionate guidance to help people find a more fulfilling chapter in their lives. Tiffany primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) techniques when working with individuals, while she employs family systems therapy in her work with couples and families.
With experience assisting diverse individuals, couples, and families, Tiffany has supported those dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management, stress management, family and relationship problems, self-esteem issues, grief, and loss. She is also skilled in working with clients who have experienced trauma and those who are victims and survivors of domestic violence.
Tiffany emphasizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship by fostering rapport through genuine care, active listening, and empathy.
