Sidney Bragdon

Sidney Bragdon is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #132270). Her aim is to work to reduce the impacts of traumatic, interpersonal, and emotional stress for individuals and the community through the use of evidence-based interventions for adult and adolescent clients. She specializes in working with OCD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and anger management. She is also currently obtaining her PhD in Psychology, Public Policy, and Law through a forensic science program, which lends itself to working with a diverse population of clients.

It is her goal to provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can explore issues and learn tools for self-growth. She utilizes many forms of therapy based on her 6 plus years of experience in the field of counseling. She particularly enjoys utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and therapy with components of art. She provides a safe and confidential space in which you can dive into self-exploration utilizing creative outlets.

Her academic and work history has given her the skills to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures. She is dedicated to providing services to clients from all walks of life including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, individuals and families who have experienced incarceration, and those struggling with substance misuse.
