Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee is bilingual in English and Mien. She is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC 12813) who specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship problems, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, school related stress, and family/cultural dynamics. Her hope is to create an environment that you feel safe to share, express yourself freely, and adapt to life changes whether expected or unexpected.  

She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) with a holistic and strength-based approach centered around you as an individual and the solution. She will look at who you as a whole person including culture, race, and sexual orientation when working together. 

Many people feel alone and long to be accepted and understood. Michelle Lee focuses on providing a confidential and comfortable environment with genuine desire to support her clients. She offers psychotherapy sessions in a safe space to explore concerns/issues and work towards facilitating positive change.
