Michelle Lee is bilingual in English and Mien and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 21790). She specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, school‑related stress, and complex family or cultural dynamics. Her goal is to create an environment where clients feel safe to share openly, express themselves freely, and adapt to life’s expected and unexpected changes.

Michelle integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic, strength‑based approach that centers each client as an individual. She considers the whole person, including culture, race, and sexual orientation, when working collaboratively toward healing and growth.

Recognizing that many people feel alone or long to be understood, Michelle is committed to offering a confidential, comfortable, and genuinely supportive therapeutic space. She provides psychotherapy sessions where clients can explore their concerns, process challenges, and work toward meaningful, positive change.
