Her therapeutic style embodies straightforward and direct logic of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) combined with the warmth and authenticity of humanistic/ person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based and strength-based approaches. In your sessions with Kyla, she will support your process to unlock patterns and beliefs that leave you feeling stuck.

Kyla is very passionate about creating safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental relationships with others. Her inspiration is seeing people evolve into more authentic, compassionate individuals who give themselves permission to live as themselves.
