Emma Johnson is a bilingual Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC6646) with over 20 years of experience providing individual, adolescent and child therapy. She specializes in treating children and teens with issues related to stress, anxiety, family conflicts, blended family issues, self-esteem, depression, PTSD, ADHD, academic and school related problems. She also works with parents to establish good parenting skills, communication, and conflict resolution to have a long-lasting relationship with their children.
Emma draws from various therapeutic approaches and tailors’ services specifically to each client’s needs. She brings warmth, compassion, has an innate ability to establish rapport quickly. Building trust and interacting well with her clients is key to establishing a solid therapeutic bond.
She has a desire to develop a rewarding therapy experience that will enable her to provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention services, psychological assessments and create effective treatment plans to help meet her client’s goals.
