Elisa Gonzalez

Elisa Gonzalez is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #154321) passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate depression, trauma, stress, anger, grief, and major life transitions. She welcomes the opportunity to work with youth, couples, and families to strengthen communication and foster deeper, more balanced relationships.

She takes a humanistic, strengths-based approach rooted in compassion, care, and connection. Her experience includes integrating CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, empowerment techniques, and trauma-informed care within a client-centered framework. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive—mentally and emotionally.

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when big emotions take center stage. Individuals do not have to navigate them alone. Elisa is committed to walking alongside her clients on their therapeutic journey, offering empathy, understanding, and support. She looks forward to hearing their stories—because healing begins with a conversation.
