Brendan Bedolla is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #134997) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #12392). He is passionate about helping adults, children, adolescents, and couples with personal growth, improving their relationships, and accomplishing their full potential. Throughout life, we face numerous challenges that impact our mental and overall well-being. Seeking mental health services during these times allows us to find ways to grow, receive guidance and support, persevere, and become more resilient.
Brendan’s goal as a clinician is to encourage personal growth, provide compassion, and create a safe environment that allows his clients to express their thoughts without judgment and foster the skills to overcome life’s challenges.
He utilizes a personalized holistic approach tailored to each individual’s needs while integrating several theories to address each person’s unique needs, culture, and goals. Some of the theories he may use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, strength-based, and humanistic approaches.
As a mental health professional, he endeavors to provide clients with a warm, compassionate, and safe environment to express their concerns about their mental health. Brendan collaborates with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan based on their life experiences using scientific practices.
