SHEILA REDOUTEY
Sheila Redoutey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #101049) who provides a whole person approach to mental health therapy. Sheila’s experience as a nursing professional for over thirty years brings a combination of understanding, relational skills, and acceptance to the client. Sheila has been working in the field for over five years and has been Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2021. Sheila has experience working for a county Behavioral health agency, adult probation, and most currently private practice.
Sheila believes in a strong therapeutic alliance that is strengths based, meeting the client where they are at, and working collaboratively will better help the client reach their goals. Sheila enjoys working with clients of all ages including couples and those struggling with relationship issues. Sheila utilizes many treatment modalities and is trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Flash therapy to help manage negative impacting traumatic memories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The skills and training Sheila has learned help clients in managing symptoms of PTSD, mood disorders, grief, anxiety, depression, to improve a sense of well-being.
